The Four Noble Truths of Buddha

1. Truth of Dukkha (Unsatisfactoriness) or Suffering: is the duality nature of manifestation which is the experience of either good or bad, pain or pleasure, pressure or power, conflict or harmony, discord or admiration, meaningless or purposeful, rudeness or caring.

(The wanting to associate is surely entanglement, Not wanting to associate is also entanglement, so Buddha describes Nirvana as the experience of Emptiness, Bhagawad Geeta describes freedom as the experience of the field of pure-potentiality, Christians describe the peace of God that surpasses all understanding as heavenly and will guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus  - Association can be any of things, persons, power, pleasures, places, wealth, theories, philosophy, or religious practices.)

2. Truth of Cause of the Dukkha (Unsatisfactoriness) : is not due to actual experience of duality nature but the constant clinging on to particular type of experience which is called Craving and Ignorance. Desire itself is not harmful but the attachment to Desire is due to Ignorance and is called Carving.( When desire turns to craving then there is no internal freedom or satisfaction, no matter what the external conditions. It is seen that few people constantly crave for future pleasures but it is also seen few people constantly crave to live past pain which brings them suffering when instead Eckhart Tolle mentions content  आनन्द is found in present moment ) 

3. Truth of the End of Dukkha (Unsatisfactoriness) : is Nirvana or Enlightenment. It is also described as freedom from conflict and selfishness, the eradication of craving, hatred and delusion which is rising above the Duality Nature of Manifestation and Detachment from outcome of desires.

4. Truth of Way of End of Dukkha (Unsatisfactoriness) : is Buddha's Eight-fold Path which is Middle Way between extremes which leads to Nirvana.

    6. Right Effort
    Earnestly doing one's best in the right direction.

    7. Right Mindfulness
    Always being aware and attentive.

    8. Right Concentration
    To making the mind steady and calm in order to
    realize the true nature of things.

Experience on Path of Search for सत्य

In your search for सत्य try first BEING true to who you ARE naturally,

Maybe then सत्य in thought and reasoning will follow automatically,

Maybe then true emotions will follow without thinking,

Maybe then right actions and perceptions will happen without negative emotions,

BEING is followed by RIGHT THINKING then by TRUE EMOTIONS then by RIGHT ACTIONS,

If ever you try the opposite order you will suffer until realizing BEING and then know the right order,

What exactly is meant by Being in practice ?

Being for you is the Universal View of Everything at higher level with panoramic and long term focus.

When you have view of everything, you will know or think of right path to choose for जीवन, 
then you can care about everybody who in on same path as you, 
and you will take right actions as everybody on same path.
The path is not about socialism, fascism,  communism, racism 
but about sense of community that is seen in 
every group of successful people that progress together for common purpose.

It is your जीवन experience that teaches that
end results of task does not matter as long as
you are focused on the intention with detachment

 Living by Laws of KARMA

1. The Great Secular Universe Law
“As you sow, so you reap.” This is also known as the “Law of Cause and Effect.” If what you want is happiness, peace, love, and friendship, then you should BE happy, peaceful, loving, and a true and loyal friend. Whatever you put out in the Universe is what comes back to us.

2. Law of Creation
Life doesn’t just happen. It requires our participation. You are one with the Universe, both inside and out. Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state. Be yourself, and surround yourself with what you want to have in your life.

3. Law of Humility
You can’t change something if you refuse to accept it. If what you see is an enemy or someone with a character trait that we find to be negative, then we ourselves are not focused on a higher level of existence.


4. Law of Growth
“Wherever you go, there you are.” For us to grow in Spirit, it is we who must change and not the people, places or things around us. The only given we have in our lives is ourselves, and that is the only factor we have control over. When we change who and what we are within our hearts, our lives follow suit and change too.

5. Law of Responsibility of Life
Whenever there is something wrong in my life, there is something wrong in me. We mirror what surrounds us, and what surrounds us mirrors us; this is a Universal सत्य. We must take responsibility for what is in our life.

6. Law of Connection
Even if something we do seems inconsequential, it is very important that it gets done as everything in the Universe is connected. Each step leads to the next step, and so forth and so on. Someone must do the initial work to get a job done. Neither the first step nor the last are of greater significance, as they were both needed to accomplish the task. Past, Present, and Future are all connected.

7. Law of Focus
You cannot think of two things at the same time. Because of this, when our focus is on Spiritual Values, it is impossible for us to have lower thoughts such as greed or anger.

8. Law of Giving and Hospitality
If you believe something to be true, then sometime in your life you will be called upon to demonstrate that particular सत्य. Here is where we put what we CLAIM that we have learned into actual PRACTICE. 

9. Law of Here and Now
Looking backward to examine what was or forward to worry about the future prevents us from being totally in the here and now. Old thoughts, old patterns of behavior, and old dreams prevent us from having new ones.

10. Law of Change
History repeats itself until we learn the lessons that we need to change our path.

11. Law of Patience and Reward
All rewards require initial toil. Rewards of lasting value require patience and persistent toil. True joy comes from doing what we’re supposed to be doing, and knowing that the reward will come in its own time.

12. Law of Significance and Inspiration
You get back from something whatever you have put into it. The true value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent that is put into it. Every personal contribution is also a contribution to the Whole. Lackluster contributions have no impact on the Whole, nor do they work to diminish it. Loving contributions bring life to and inspire, the Whole.


Energy, Wisdom follows Awareness, Caring :
If when you would care for all, no matter friend or foe or stranger, 

and most importantly yourself;
Awareness and alertness would follow to do not harm and all good;
Energy and Wisdom would follow to do the right action at right time;
and this is how Universe progresses with 

Expansion of Self-Identity from 

Self-Love-Care to All_Inclusive-Love-Care,
