Translation:
BG 7.4: Earth, water, fire, air,
space-sound, light (ElectroMagneticWaves),
( perception-mind-manas,
intellect-mind-buddhi,
and ego-mind-ahamkaar-identity ),
(the sixth sense - mind sense) —
these are eight components of my material energy,
( unified quantum field energy
whose physical attributes are
frequency, speed, amplitude )
This is the maya śhakti.
BG 7.5: Such is my inferior energy.
But beyond it, O mighty-armed Arjun,
I have a superior energy.
This is the jīva śhakti
( consciousness or awareness energy
which is beyond all physical attributes ),
which comprises the embodied souls
and which are the basis of life in this world.
